Can I end a marriage over in-laws?

My last post is a little more involved but basically the cliff notes are that there was recently an accusation of sexual abuse from my wife’s brother on my then 14 year old niece.

It was made public to me 10 years later. My in laws have taken him in over the past year and lives in their basement. I have cut all ties with him and my kids do not see him. I have also cut all ties with my In-laws because they wanna sweep it under the rug. I told my wife that she can see her parents all she likes and they can see my kids at my house not theirs. I thought this was a compromise of sorts. My wife is now telling everyone I’m making her choose btw me and them.

I have already had to leave my home once this week cause they wanted to come over. It has caused me and wife to stop speaking over the last week and things are bad btw us.

I have two kids (11,13) and I feel Awful leaving them but all I can think of is getting a divorce because I don’t know how to live with this family any longer. I have a lot more history than just this with them but I have always just dealt with them for my wife. I can’t get past this and their behaviour on this issue.

For anyone wondering I firmly believe the niece, she gains nothing by coming forward as the whole family now has alienated her and she has no one left. The brother has a history of sexual deviancy that just came to light when his wife left him and she came forward and filled us in on a lot of things she didn’t wanna tell anyone before for fear of him and him being arrested and being taken away as he was the bread winner.

I don’t feel like I can get past this stuff….
