How much can I settle for with a lump sum payment?

I’m considering letting my $5200 Venmo account, my $8000 one main account, and my two upgraded accounts for $2600 and 18 grand go to collections and offering 2500, 4000, $1500 and maybe $3000 down payment and 300 for two years for the other one.

Will they simply turn around and sue me over this or would they be willing to do it?
