being tall is worse than being short or normal height

it seems most short or average height dudes have this made up idea that being tall is the peak of male existence and are all insecure about it but in reality it's not as great as you think. here's my experience as a 6'3 and a half white dude that looks good

first of all it's not a hoe magnet like many guys seem to think, it might get your foot in the door with some women but it doesn't magically get you laid if you're broke or if you're bad socially.

second of all when you're tall the expectations are always higher no matter what you do wether it's at a job, playing a sport or even helping people with random stuff people always assume you're good at everything and when you don't deliver to the ridiculous expectations and are just average you will seem way worse than a regular height guy being average.

third of all you can't blend in with the crowd you always have to be on point when it comes to clothes, haircut or mannerism or you stick out like a sore thumb. if you say something dumb everyone remembers, if youre awkward everyone notices etc

fourth of all you have to deal with insecure guys mean mugging you everywhere you go wether it's the gym, the club or just being out in public, people will look at you making you uncomfortable or some guys will straight up mean mug you like theyre begging for you to say something so they can start a fight and prove that theyre stronger.

fifth of all the whole world is built for people shorter than you like cars, airplanes, desks in school, beds, ceilings too low in some basements or lockers etc etc. mirrors cut off your face, hand dryers aim at your stomach you get the point

sixth of all you get treated like an adult as soon as youre like 15 you don’t get “oh he’s just a kid" until youre 20 like most average or short people

seventh of all people always assume you get girls or are confident like you cant be just a regular person cause if you are you seem like a loser

i could keep going on but you get the point being tall is not a + it doesnt magically get you paid, laid or respected people are just finding ways to cope
