Pulsing Tingle in Left Food with no pain. Have had it for over 36 hours

30(M) 5'7 180 lbs. 2 nights ago I was laying in my bed and I started getting this gentle pulsing tingle in my left foot. Its like a soft touch inside my foot. At first it didn't brother me because thinking it was like a mini cramp. But it kept going. So last night it continues while laying in bed but a little stronger. I went to the gym today and i can feel when im in office sitting down. I have a doctor appointment Friday but I just need to know if this is worth really sweating over til then. I dont feel any pain with it or anything. Thank you.
