Tracking H1 COS transfers from B2(pending/approved)

I had my B2 applied during the grace period on Sept 22 and it is still pending. My new employer has applied for h1 transfer with COS on 12/18 and it is still pending. I would like to connect with people in a similar situation to understand how long this process takes.
