Stuck on [1] for 2h, should i cancel or..?

The queues are weird, now waiting for around 4h and it kept going down slower and slower in batches until 1. I have a theory that more people returned to joeva since it became afterwork hours and people log outside of town and filled the town even more so you might get locked out if you are in queue for a very long time until enough people leave joeva. Rough design.
