[England] My neighbour is harassing me through fence

It's not happening often but my neighbour whenever I'm alone and doing something in my garden harnesses me that I'm disturbing peace on their property.

It happened few times, first when she accused me of spying on them through our camera that looks at our driveway and second when she started accusing me of barking at her dog.

Their fence is more than 2m high so she really needs to put an effort to peak into my garden and she's only doing it when my fiancé is not at home. It makes me disturbed and uncomfortable as she's threatening to call police every time and not listening to what I have to say.

Is it something I should report? I tried to talk but she's not trying to listen and keep saying she's not gonna have any of my episodes.
