Messaging the wrong person

I was recently reminded of this event. This happened probably 12 years ago, and in the end I think it's kind of funny.

I had a girlfriend (who I did eventually marry and have subsequently divorced) that liked to do ERP over text when we first got together. She got acquainted with another girl who I briefly dated, but we had figured out that it wasn't going to work, hence me being with the other girl. I'll call my girlfriend W, and my ex-girlfriend K.

When we were all hanging out one day, K ended up extolling the virtues of an app called Telegram. Initially I wasn't crazy about it, but it worked over Wi-Fi if there was no cell signal, so I figured why not. Eventually W would only exclusively text me using that app. The only other person I knew that used it happened to be K.

Flash forward two weeks, and W and I have a really spicy RP going. Being that I was somewhat busy, I responded infrequently, but still with as much enthusiasm as I always had. At one point in time while distracted, I ended up sending something very explicit.

Next thing I know, I get a message from K.

Apparently, being my only other contact on telegram, I ended up sending the spicy RP to K.

The worst part is that she replied in character.

I was so embarrassed about it, I messaged W. Understandably she was a little upset, partially at me for being so unobservant and dumb, and partially K for actually replying to it. Later that night she invited K over and the three of us had an in person talk about it, and cleared the air.
