Playstation locked me out of my account after moving abroad

Sometime this July, I tried logging into my PlayStation account and found it was locked. After contacting support.

At the time, PlayStation Store purchases in Pakistan were not working properly. Because of this, I only used PSN gift cards to add funds. I do not have direct PS Store purchase receipts, only receipts for the PSN cards themselves.

Sony support has been completely unhelpful and refuses to assist further without store receipts, which literally could not exist due to the situation there. As a result, I’ve lost access to my account and around 2 years of Gran Turismo 7 progress
