mail a personal bag with credit cards and ID

Hi everyone,

I accidentally left my bag with my purse, credit cards, ID, and passport in my friend's car, and they live about 300 miles away. Can they mail it to me via USPS? Are there any restrictions on mailing credit cards or personal IDs? Also, what would the estimated cost be for shipping something like this?

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.
