Valve stems replaced under warranty, still receiving low oil warnings

I had the valve stem replacement fix done in August and got another low oil light about halfway through my oil service interval. Mazda said it was normal but through some confusion on their end, provided a free oil change to ensure oil level and asked me to follow up after 1k miles etc. which it was still at an ok level. However, about halfway through my interval I got the light again. I’m sure the dealership is going to tell me it’s normal consumption. Has anyone else had the fix but still experiencing low engine lights? Am I just destined to add oil every 2,500-3000 miles?
