Should i cut my bestfriend of 10 years because she answers me late?

My friend and I have been in a long-distance relationship for 3.5 years. The first two years were really great—there were no problems between us. About a year ago, she moved to Italy for university, and since then, nothing has been the same. At first, she started replying to my messages one or two days later. I didn’t think much of it because she had just moved to a new country, and I knew that wasn’t easy. During that time, I was also going through a difficult period. I felt lonely and struggled with my mental and physical health. I didn’t want to burden her with my problems—I just wanted to talk and feel less alone. I really enjoy her company; she’s a great and funny person.however, in the past year and a half, we’ve only really talked properly two or three times. She came back to our hometown three times, and we saw each other then. About six months after she moved to Italy, she started replying even later.A month ago, she told me she would be coming to our hometown for two days for a wedding and asked if I wanted to meet. I said of course. She told me she would text me the time. The day before we were supposed to meet, I asked if she was free and what time she wanted to meet. She said, “I’ll text you,” but she never did. After that, she wanted to apologize. I told her it was okay and that I knew she didn’t have much time. Five days later, she replied, “I’m sorry anyway—it didn’t sit right with me. So how are you, how is everything going?” I replied, “It’s great. How are you doing?” She replied 17 days later after i viewed her story. I didn’t answer for 18 days, and then she texted again saying, “Hi, how are you?”Now I don’t know what I should do
