20% weight loss, is this real?
I am wondering if what is happening to me may be happening to others. I have had a successful and very happy journey for a few months, improved my fitness, I love how I look, etc. Love the drug. Granted, the last couple of months I've struggled with some side effects, but it is all part of the journey!
I do remember when I first started reading about the numbers, and that MJ was helping people lose up to 20% of their body weight. Well, right on the money, I've lost 20% of my body weight. Yay me.
Now, I have about 3kg, (6 and a half pounds) to go to reach the magical 24.9 BMI. So I want to ask: is this 20% really all I can reach? Should I accept I am now in maintenance, with my 20% loss, and those last few pounds are not coming off, as the drug has done it's work?
I see people that have lost lots of weight, and I'm not great at maths, but in many cases it feels like more than 20%. So, should I just up my dose, and then I'll magically start losing again? I'm struggling to see this, as I have experienced bad side effects, which have meant not eating much at all due to stomach issues, but my weight keeps steadying around the same figure.
Again, very happy with where I am, but it would be ideal to go down to the healthy range. Would love to hear your experience and advice!
