I am wondering what happened and am too scared to ask my therapist so..

is it sexual abuse if a kid took photos of another naked kid and blackmailed them and also the kid's parents took their clothes off and forced them under a child shower and spanked them naked to embarrass them? and the other kid pinched and kicked that kid in private places and "depanced" them in front of other kids? There was a lot of hitting and pulling hair too.
