Tires for 2022 Kia Soul EX

In need of a new set of tires that work well for rainy Florida weather. Price isn’t so much a concern over quality and traction. My current tires struggle in the smallest puddles (dealer threw on a shitty, cheap pair). Possibly planning to order them on tire rack. Please comment your recommendations if you have any!
