Help with malfunctioning headphones

I bought a Redragon Zeus pro headset, after some weeks it stopped mid song but the lights still on, the buttons don't do anything and I cant get it to connect to anything, I also cant turn it off, the only thing that works is the lights button, I tried pressing every button, holding them, quick taping them. no result. it can turn on and off the lights, I tried plugin it to the pc and to the outlet but still nothing, what can I do.
