Loud Vibrating Inside Apartment Walls

Hi - I have been trying to find the source of this loud vibrating noise that has been happening intermittently in my walls. The woman next to me can hear it too but much fainter. It doesn't quite sound like what other people have posted and received answers of water hammer/air in the pipes. I do have floorboard radiators I have asked a few of my handy friends and no one seems to have a clue. Any ideas? It's freaking me out a bit.
