Where to Start from?

I have worked on tech as a freelancer for over 6 years. but the idea of building a product never left my mind. I also gave some half bake tries. but I was bound to fail and there are several reason

1. I didn't know my target audience( I know the general type but not specific)
2. More focused on the Stack then Sales.
3. More Timespent on fixing App bugs then figuring out product idea bugs. Because I am from technical background these things never came to mind. and was always of the thinking make honey the bees will come.

But I was wrong and I want to change it. AI have made coding easy so that's goes something I was proud of doing. and it's like adapt or die at this point. So I am starting Dumb now eager to learn and wanted to ask you guys. Where to start from ? and what is the correct mindset and approach When Stepping into this Haunted world
