My psych appointments are jumping up in price by 75% next month

I have Telehealth psych appointments for med management (ADHD, depression, anxiety) and they were $150 per session this year. This month they went up to $175, and I just found out today when scheduling my next appointment (I wasn’t even notified by the office) that next month they’re going up to $225. What the actual fuck is happening?? I don’t have insurance (didn’t last year either) so these are out of pocket amounts. I’ve been having appointments once a month because I’m struggling to find the right med combo. I wish I could do away with these meds and appointments all together, this is just insane. Anyone else experiencing this?
