Im new to ai wars, need general discusion

Idk why i don't see this point being brought up more often but Ai art just isn't impressive the same way real art is, Sure the technology is cool and fascinating but thats about it, the point of good art is that a person with talent and passion wasted their whole life doing something effectively useless, that's dedication which makes art impresive, People generating Ai art is just skiping dedication, sure you put creativity into the prompt but you didn't make it, it's like standing over an artist and telling him what to draw you're not the artist. I find Ai actualy very impresive as an invention but not as an artist, image generation is one of its silliest features in my opinion, because yeah the ai doesn't have creativity, expresion or dedication, its not an artist because its not even a person. This sentence gets used both ways depending if it does or doesn't support the statment but: You can't seperate the art from the artist and the same way there is no art without the artist. So to me at least Ai art good or bad just isn't the same to real art.
