WFH child friendly jobs?

Recommendations

I am turning to Reddit for any recommendations or suggestions for a more child friendly work from home job. What I mean by that, is a position where I would not have to speak on the phone while also attending to my crying 4 month old.

I currently work for a call center (which is wfh) but they are on my back about productivity and my boss (who doesn’t have kids) just doesn’t understand that I am also caring for my child and meeting those “goals” can be very difficult for me. Much more difficult to me, than it is to my coworkers, who don’t have kids and are meeting their quotas.

I have a medical background and I am very familiar with EMR (nextech, epic, etc). Anyone have any ideas of what I could go into that doesn’t require phone calls?

Yes, I know there is daycare but 1. It’s very expensive, and 2. I personally, am not ready to put him in daycare and would rather wait until he is at least a year old or old enough to communicate.
