Need help deciding on GPU

Hey all. I need some advice on a GPU. I'm stuck between 5070ti and 9070xt. I know this is an nvidia sub, but I'd appreciate as much impartiality as possible.

I understand the 5070ti has some more features and does some features better (like path tracing), but for me I feel AT THIS MOMENT that 9070xt is the much better choice for me and there are a few reasons. One is that it's $200 cheaper and the other is that I also don't really play games on PC where I think things like path tracing and ray tracing will be as beneficial. I don't play AAA games. I legit only play strategy games like total war, milsims like squad, and then Mount and Blade Bannerlord. I also don't use my PC for productivity stuff.

That said, I'm also not super knowledgeable like many here are (I'm not a noob, but by no means am I as as knowledgeable as many here). So I'd really appreciate some advice.
