What's ARTLA-201 like?

Hello, I'm a sophomore switching to the BA in Studio Art. Can anyone studio art majors tell me what's it like taking ARTLA-201 and 202? Will there be lots of introductory drawing, painting and sculpting assignments and are there weekly projects we have to submit on time outside of class? What are the lectures like?
