Where to find knitting groups for men?

About ten years ago I was having coffee locally and sat a group of men knitting. At the time, I admit, I thought it was a bit weird.

It's always been on my mind, though.

My mom has begun mailing me the most impressive homemade gifts, and I now want to give this thing a go. I've got tons of free time, I am keen, single (GF and I broke up last month!), and typically throw my all into a new skill when I've committed to it.

Would love the perspective from other men. Is there a go-to online resource to find local male knitting groups in the US?
