Any good options for mods?

I have put so much time into RDO and absolutely love it, but feel like I've done everything so many times I'd love new content or change of scenery. I mainly play with just my girlfriend and we play on TVs with controllers if it matters.

Not really looking for more pvp but we love the pve and if we could actually do some kind of building to have a home/farm that would be amazing.

Thank you for any insight you could share as I really prefer hearing from other gamers versus reading about these things and getting mislead on websites.
