Vampire Survivors vs Halls of Torment vs Rogue: Genesia?

I´m completely new to the genre and I think I´ve pretty much narrowed it down to those 3.
So I thought I´d like to ask you experts for your opinions on these and their differences.

Which of them do you think is the most engaging and why?
Also, which of them is the hardest one? (probably not VS)
