Turks/Grand Cayman/Anguilla

Looking for suggestions on the best family friendly resorts that are easily accessible from NYC in April. Traveling with a 3 year old and 1.5 year old so looking for something family friendly. Interested in Turks, grand cayman or Anguilla but also open to any suggestions. Ideally in the 1500-1800/night rate.
