infection between toes????

22f, discovered 3-4 days ago that when i bent my toes on my right foot that it felt like i had a hair wrapped around my third toe. i didn’t actually look at it until the day before yesterday and realized that I have a sore of some kind on my toe?? I’ll attach a couple images of it. I discovered last night that the toe it touches/ rubs against also has little bubbles/ spots on it that look like the start of sores or infection?? will probably message my doctor in the next day or two if it doesn’t show any improvement but i’m curious if anyone can recognize what’s happening or why? i’ve been wearing looser shoes than usual but they are still new, i don’t know if there is added friction somehow??

some added info i’m not sure is relevant, I do have psoriasis on my head and hands, don’t know if that matters or if it could affect anything. i’m healthy otherwise, 5’6 and 120 lbs.
