Um can't buy anymore.

Anyone else cannot buy anymore or just me? They want me to vertify all my details my cards bank statements etc. Is this a new thing for the app? Like I have ordered so many times and it has now only showed up. Now when I go to pay just nothing but errors and to appeal.
