Looking at used 2023 MY in inventory, called support, "should have HW 3 to 3.5"

Called Tesla used vehicle advisors to clarify that 2 Model Y's i'm looking at have HW4. I've checked both VINs and both are after the switch for Fremont, they appear to have the HW4 side repeater cameras. The text I received back after they looked up the VINs said, "Both should have hardware 3 to 3.5." Do I push harder for them to actually look them up or did they actually look them up? What is HW3.5? I thought that was a rumored upgrade possibility.
