The elusive weapon

Hey guys, anyone know if the tusk for spear can come in the red variant? I.e can I get the blue glow on it or any other sort of glowy illusion? Can’t seem to find an answer anywhere!

Side ask also, is there a list or grid anywhere that shows all red skins/illusions available?

Thanks!
