Body suit and general protection recommendation

What shoes to wear, body suits even though for traveling short distances (fear of kamote drivers and shitty infrastructure), and helmet of course.

Advices I would like on safe habits on equipment and what to wear during body suit, and what of carriage should I do when I change into proper clothes. Retailers and what’s available in the philippines, don’t wanna spend big but if it’s quality and sustainable I’ll buy.

Looking for breathability and comfort but safety above all that doesn’t negate comfortability because contradictory; uncomfortable = prone to accidents and crashes. Accessibility to wear and wear’nt.
