Brave app on my android phone works only on mobile data but doesn't work on Wi-Fi.

It used to work on my Wi-Fi as well but just stopped 1 day about 3 months back. Just found out it works on mobile data by coincidence when WiFi was down. Anyone has seen anything like this or have any ideas?
