They will lure you sa offer above market salary maganda bonus at incentives - pero yung workload & people leaders sobrang lala 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Grabe ang political sa promotion at kung balak niyo mag apply for non agent roles externally dapat may padrino kayo sa loob para matawagan kayo di sila nag paprioritize ng galing lang sa organic applications.

No wonder bakit ang dami pa rin bad reviews about sa company na to until now.

Benefits wise pangit HMO clinic based lang every year nag papalit ng provider. Sa leaves naman 5 SL lang convertible to cash. Take note rising healthcare daw sila sa PH pero mostly ng tao nila sa support puro contractual employees lang.

At pag gusto mo na umalis sa company mag render ka or hindi kulang kulang final pay mo. if mag awol or di mo tapusin buong notice period mo may problema pa tax mo sa lilipatan mo na company kasi magiging 0 or negative backpay mo. Ikaw na magbabayad ng tax mo. LOL.

Attitude pa mga recruiter meron ako naka encounter na recruiter wala siguro mahire tawag nang tawag email nang email tapusin na daw assessment nag sabi ko na may sakit ako that time pero pushy pa rin. Payroll laging may dispute di accurate computation ano na? Lol.
