Help: best resorts for 27 and 26 y/o couple.

We are looking to go Feb 19-23 and are hoping for under $700 a night. We like a chill vibe, not a ton of kids running around and don't really care about the entertainment that much. Just looking for nice pools, nice beach and good food. Any advice is appreciated!!!
