401 Games (Old Kings Crown Order)

I’m trying to figure out if I’m taking crazy pills or am being gaslit by 401 or what. I’ve ordered a few different games from them, but this is my first pre order.

I’ve heard from a couple different people that have gotten their Old King’s Crown order from 401. So I followed up with 401 because I haven’t gotten any notifications. They told me they haven’t received them, and wouldn’t until February (could be a different month I’m just pulling that out of my brain).

So I’m trying to find out if the two people who mentioned it maybe got mixed up on where their order came from or if 401 doesn’t actually follow their “we only send out pre orders when the full batch is in” policy”.

If you have/had a preorder for Old King’s Crown with 401 have you gotten it? Or what has your pre order experience with other games been like from 401?
