Question: Paypal for deposits

Hi all! I am a licensed tattooer in Baltimore, and I just decided that I want to use PayPal for my deposits. I opened a business account for PayPal, and after my first transaction, I was promoted to answer a bunch of questions/show proof of the good or service that were provided for the money deposited by the client. I provided as much as I could granted that the service would not be provided till the client showed up for his tattoo. They ended up suspending my account and ultimately deleting it because they didn't receive proper proof of the transaction, I guess? I used to use a Venmo business account, but found more often than not that clients didn't have an account/didn't want to make one. I know its pretty common for tattooers to use PayPal as a platform for receiving deposits, so I was surprised when I got suspended. Anyway, has anyone else run into this problem? And if so, how did you rectify it?
