Just have to vent. Hifu focal therapy was recommend for Gleason 7 cancer. Anthem has denied coverage several times, pushing out the surgery date by 2 months. Now looking at spending $27-35k (depending on who answers the phone) for hifu or have RALP. Of course we have to pay up front to get on the surgery schedule, just like the vet, in fact the vet is better at calling back.
