Can I sue or get a refund

I've been playing Ark survival ascended and survival evolved for a very long time once the game transitioned to survival ascended my PS5 has been struggling to play this game even on low resolution and low everything my game tends to crash often this has been an issue since the first day I bought the upgrade all the way until currently I am trying to play Lost Colony and the game keeps crashing if I try to change the filter on my PS5 server list when joining a game all of a sudden all the servers disappear I have to close the game and then reopen the game and it is impossible to find an official server with no mods do you know how annoying it is every time I just want to pick up and play a a PVE Max it's damn near impossible to load into a game without having to download mods for 20 minutes on top of this issue why are there no official servers that have no mods I want to play the game vanilla I do not want to use mods I hate the fact I have to wait 20 minutes to play the game because it has to download mods this game is completely broken and very frustrating to even get into the actual game i hate the fact you're forcing me to download mods on an official server the game and the map itself already takes up over a hundred gigs now I have to download 20 to 30 gigs of mods just to play the game highly unacceptable can somebody please help me get my money back from this company or can somebody please give me advice on how to sue them
