why does this keep happening to me

I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital so when i get home i almost always either doordash or i don't eat at all. Every day since december 15th my doordash orders have either been wrong or the dasher sits at a nearby location and never picks up my food. Is there any reasonable explanation for why this keeps happening because im going insane. I tip at least 7$ or more each order and i had to haul ass to a CLOSED red lobster last night because i had to get a worker to leave my food outside the door since the dasher never picked it up. I love doordash and i have dash pass and im a very nice customer so im just super confused.
