Reconsideration with lower SUB

For background, I applied for the Gold Card and got a SUB of 80000 points for 6k spend in 6 months. I withdrew my application and reapplied a couple of days later for a higher SUB but was denied because of too many frequent applications ( even though I had did that one only recently ). Called the reconsideration line and rep said they could reactivate the first application for approval. I asked if I would still be eligible for the same SUB and rep said they couldn’t see that and I would have to wait until the card came in and call the number on the back. However, account got added to my Amex mobile app and I see the SUB is 60k points. Could I call to get them to increase it back to the original 80k or do I just have to take the loss on this one. I already have the Blue Cash Everyday and Cobranded Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant so I do have some established history with Amex.
