Dolphin doesn't use correct terminal emulator

As title, it attempts to use Konsole regardless of my system settings, ~/.config/kdeglobals settings, or anything else. Everything I've read says to change those two locations, but neither were incorrect in the first place, both set to kitty, but dolphin still tries to use Konsole. I don't even have Konsole installed.
