Help...

I recently got unbanned from hypixel the ban was coz I logged in from other devices So basically when I joined after unban I saw that all my progress was wiped out like not to a completely new start but it's like someone else played on it I had a vio role which I never bought In my life and some starter gear yet skyblock level 1

My og account had skyblcok lvl 140+ and full shadow assassin + mythic frlthron reaper + 100m+ bank and over 500-600m network

All completely wiped... So much time spent

I even opened a ticket on hypixel forum but idk if that will help at all Duh I am devastated and wanna cry(seriously)

All my bed. wars progress is still in tact I dont have any proofs for sky lock profile but i streamed playing bed wars if that helps confirming my identity
