Is it possible to use day of the week instead of a specific date on routine if-else statements?

I want to make a routine that activates only when my phone is on school mode, and then puts my phone on dnd only during my classes. Problem is, I can't figure out how to do the if-else statements with days of the week instead of with specific dates, and my only other option is setting like 4 routines, one for each class period, which just sounds janky and annoying
