Not sure what to do about possibly problematic third guy(Age unknown/m) joining our(31m, 29m) online hockey watch sessions.

I've(31m) been watching hockey one on one with someone (Seth(29m)) I met online in a gaming group for a year over discord voice chat.

Over a year ago there was a guy (Jared(unknown age/m)) that played a few matches with our online group. I don't think he had a job and was abusing workers comp. He used to call into the discord voice chat while drunk driving. One time he got offended over something very silly and nobody heard from him since.

The other day me and Seth were watching the game like we usually do and he noticed the Jared was in another voice channel and he was like "oh god its Jared". He said he reminded him of another guy that we both dislike. A few minutes later Jared joins our chat. It turns out he is a fan of the same team that we are and ended up watching the game with us. Seth seemed friendly with Jared after he joined our call. Jared lives about 2 hours from Seth. Jared asked Seth if he would meet up with him at a sports bar to watch a game next weekend. Seth responded "but (my name) lives in another state".

After the game Jared asked us when the next game is. We said Monday. Jared said he couldn't make that one but would join us for the Wednesday game. I am hoping that Jared doesn't become a regular in our game watch sessions. I enjoy the one on one sessions the way they've been. Me and Seth actually made plans months ago to attend a home game together for our team in less than two weeks from now. We've been talking a lot during games about trip plans but we aren't going to be able to talk about it in front of Jared. Neither of us mentioned our plans to Jared. Jared even asked Seth when the last time he attended a game was and he just said years ago.

Would it be appropriate to talk to Seth about the Jared situation? I am not sure if he feels the same way I do or if he changed his mind about Jared after he joined our chat since they seemed friendly.

TL;DR: Not sure what to do about possibly problematic third guy joining our online hockey watch sessions. I've been enjoying the one on one dynamic and don't want it to change.
