[KCD2] Ok, I'm getting going now, can anyone provide some spoiler free tips?

I played KCD2, just now getting into this one because of the sale. I just finished "Back in the Saddle" and (fortunately) discovered what was going on there... But that quest reminded me how meticulous you have to be sometimes in these games. I haven't done a ton of side quests (the main line feels so urgent, it's like... I definitely wouldn't go off and do other shit for days with all that going on lol).

Anyways, and quick tips and pointers you can provide for a KCD2 player who is regaining his feet would be great. No spoilers plzzz
