Advice for grandmother

I'm looking for help for my grandmother. She has been in an abusive relationship for almost 50 years at this point and is getting disheartened by how difficult this will all be. One thing my grandfather is counting on is that the process will basically leave her destitute. This is one of the reasons she gave up on going through with it before. There's a lot of factors like their house, cars, 2 small businesses, his hoarding problems, and debt. Is there any advice or encouragement? She just turned 70 years old and desperately needs to get out of this situation. The very last thing I want is for her to give up again. Any advice is appreciated!
