[mw3] There's a bug with the weapons in MW3 when I try to unlock the gold camouflage

For example, I try to complete the gold challenge on my MTZ 556 at max level, but it doesn't register. I check the section, and it says I haven't completed the main camouflage challenges, even though I have them. I can't take screenshots because I'm on PS5, not PC. Can anyone help me? I'd be grateful.
