How to clean 7kg weighted blanket?

Does anyone know how to properly clean a weighted blanket, that's 'only' 7kg (15lbs) heavy? It's 150cm × 200cm (4.9ft x 6.6ft) big and I've had it for about... 2 years now? I think? And due to ADHD and stuff I've had trouble cleaning my room and it ended up on the floor for months... meaning I haven't spilled anything on it, but it still collecting dust, dog hair and other kind of dirt like that. So after finally clenaing my room completely and all I wanted to get onto cleaning it, so I can use it again... any tips?

Also I don't have a dryer, so that's out of the question anyways, just wondered if I had to hand wash it or if washing machine is okay too with that weight. There aren't any detailed instructions on it or came with it either, so yeahh :,)
