Profile critique

I lead a data analytics (engineering/BI/ML) team for a BU within my company as a senior manager. I have been doing a lot of work with developing apps using Gen AI recently and am about to be promoted to director. I don’t have any publications outside of a couple of papers I wrote when I was in cyber security at the beginning of my career. Got my masters from a tier-II university. I’ve been a senior manager for 5 years including at a fortune 100 company before coming to work for a fortune 800 company (current role). All I really have to show for is the work I’ve done with advanced analytics and how it has been very impactful for the organizations I’ve worked for.

I’m just wondering if I could further groom my profile to qualify for EB1A or do I not have a chance at all?
